Shipping Policy
How It Works
We ship nationally within the United States using UPS and USPS. Shipping is provided at an additional cost to the products and expedited shipping is available upon request. Due to Made by Keykey being a one-person company shipping and processing times for custom items may be longer than for other businesses.
Returns and Refunds
How It Works
At Made by Keykey our customers' satisfaction is our top priority. We provide photos to our customers throughout the manufacturing process to ensure our customers understand what their products will look like. Because of the extensive steps, we take to ensure our customer's satisfaction, custom items are NONREFUNDABLE after manufacturing. Pre-made items are returnable for a full refund up to 10 days after shipping.
